MOMOs on a stick.

        College. Internship. Final Year Project. Workouts. Eating Clean. A lot has hindered updating the blog this past month. "Its all excuses." -Yes it is, I was just lazy. Call it what you may but the blog has not reached the post count these past couple of weeks. So, to kick start the blog again I along with some hungry people traveled around the supposedly "good" places to try traditional MoMo. Yep, MOMOs. Our journey started at the famous "Boso Rahit MoMo" (Fat-less MoMo) at Bishal MoMo, Baneshwor and ended with a very satisfying Tandoori Momo at Sinka, Jawalakhel. We visited other eateries like Le Trio and 'Narayan dai's Masangaali ko Momo' in the middle of these two places. We were searching for that perfect snap and bite MoMo with a traditional kick but instead we got an innovation that satisfied our hunger for MoMo at the end of the whole journey. Let me introduce you to Sinka's Tandoori MoMo, MoMo on a stick. This dish right here topped our list that day. Out of all the famous eateries for MoMos Sinka came out with a very innovative MoMo that pleased everyone's palette. It was smoky, had crust, was juicy and soft on the inside, also the sauce that was glazed on it had a spicy kick to it that complimented the veggies and the MoMos very well. I would recommend this place to anyone that is craving for some adventure in the MoMo realm. The rest of the MoMos didn't quite stand out. Maybe it was just something we had eaten a lot over the years or just a bad day at the kitchen but the rest of the MoMos didn't really stand out. So, in this MoMo Hunting Session this week, we found our MoMo. Mission Accomplished. Sinka's Tandoori MoMo Rating: 4.5/5. These guys are on to something they are combining different flavors into MoMos. Do visit them and give their MoMos a spin. They have new MoMos to try too i.e. Sadheko MoMo, MoMo Chatpate, MoMo:Za (Pizza MoMo), Choyla MoMo and many more.
